100 hours of AI training where every department left with something that works

SECTORManufacturer of dehumidification and air treatment systems (HVAC)
SERVICEAI training — general + per functional area
DURATION100 hours, extended multi-department programme
OUTCOMEEvery functional area leaves with a working automation

The context

Most AI courses leave the room with enthusiasm and no application: people go back to their desks and nothing changes. A dehumidification systems manufacturer wanted the opposite — to bring AI into every functional area, from engineering to sales, and have it stay usable the day after. The challenge: departments with different levels of digital maturity and distinct, concrete needs, all on the same programme without reducing everything to a generic overview.

The approach

A hundred hours in two stages. First, a common baseline for everyone — what generative AI does and doesn’t do, where it’s worth it, where it’s a risk — so every department started from the same vocabulary. Then modules per functional area, each with a real project built during the course on that department’s own processes, in the Learn·Practice·Build format. Part of the work went into concrete automation: integration with the Office tools already in use and Power Automate flows, so the solutions lived inside the company’s environment rather than in an isolated tool destined to be abandoned.

The outcome

Every functional area left the programme with a working automation or project, hooked into the tools it uses every day. The difference from a traditional course is this: people weren’t trained about AI, they were put to work with AI on their own case. It’s the Learn·Practice·Build method applied at the scale of an entire company.
